Should I combine the marketing of my PM company and my buy/sell RE services in one?

Like the title read the city wants tobuy my property it’s ran down. The city wants to tear the property and surrounding properties down Zillow said it’s worth 38000The city offer me 13000.I could use some advice

The investor either gets a loan or buys the property in cash.

I’m currently working towards getting my real estate license with a focus on helping investors buy 2-3 properties a month.

Also keep in mind all those that equate this to buying a rental house are very focused on one thing and that is being a landlord and being landlord and buying rentals basically takes no special talent or knowledge other than basic math and ability to buy one.. 

@Marcos De la CruzMost of my rentals, when I first started buying in 2010, were section 8 through the housing choice voucher system in Cincinnati. 

You’re going to have to buy at least $1M (or whatever you clear after selling costs.), worth of replacement properties, not $500k.

In a few months, I want to get into buying NPN/NPLs, such as those in bankruptcy.

Investors buying land to HOLD for either speculation or future development can just wait until the wholesaler’s contract with the seller expires and eliminate the wholesaler “markup”.
