In the very least, you will want to do all the bullet points you mentioned and try to keep all aspects of the business in the name of the business and separate from your personal business.

@Ryan Davis I don't know how cold it is where you're at, but if it's cold enough you might need to bite the bullet and get someone out there before Monday. 

Nothing is bullet proof, but barring illegal or egregious action on your part you should be fine.

I know how I do it.. and I do it with a transparency that is so 100% bullet proof and that's the only way a little guy like me can do it I am thinking.
