My wife and I have worked hard and have gotten to a point where we make good money and are able to provide our children with a good childhood.

The night's sleep with an overactive mind and being away from my best friend and bride was like early cell coverage while driving through the eastern hills of Nebraska, spotty at best. 

After college I found myself back at my childhood home. 

We're talking to a sweet old lady who is selling her childhood home FSBO--don't want to waste her time and tie up her property by making an offer only to have financing fall through.  

It is in fairly good condition in a decent neighborhood which also happens to be the childhood area for one of us.
