As a new Real Estate Agent I feel like I'm Getting bombarded with different ways to generate leads.

Owners are getting bombarded with the same flyers or postcards.

This is a painful question because almost all of us want to provide everything for our children.We are bombarded with negative economic news.

Sp while you sending the mailers out 6 times and getting just a fraction for the interested people every time you resend the mailers while pissing off the majority of the people that were interested you THINK you are gaining leads while in fact you are LOSING themTell me honestly.Do YOU like to be bombarded and pressured with mailers?

Then we stopped after repeated bombardment for more 'one on one ' session.

Facebook is so and so, I've landed one solid tenant from there but you also get absolutely bombarded by people that just want to click on anything new and shiney.

I've done this recently, and you will be absolutely BOMBARDED with phone calls and emails.

I get over 1000 views a week and at least 100 FB messenger replies that Bombards my PM after I send a standard copy and paste reply like this:You need to make at least $2,400.00 a month or more BEFORE anything is deducted from your pay.
