You can lookup the tax rate on the county assessor website - Make sure you are looking at or calculating the property tax WITHOUT any exemptions (since you’ll not get any as an investor). 

Cause 9/10 are the shadiest, lie with a straight face, ***** in the world. 

You couldn't return a single call, email, or text and lied about being able to deliver a product.

HOA in that area that are lower on price, are not keeping the building in good conditions as this one, numbers don't lie. 

They are obviously lying to you...and I wouldn't rent to them...however, you can require that their dog be neutered IF you accept their ESA letter as valid.
