Which means sometimes they stop paying, and you've got an anchor around your neck.The last time we moved into a slow RE economy, (mid to late '80s) a lot of people who were convinced they were geniuses in RE went BANKRUPT because they were sitting on a lot of RE with payments going out and no money coming in.I'm a big believer in SLOW.
