As a wholesaler, having the first look at a property is a cool perk of the skill set. checking to see if the numbers work comes first, but secondly if not first part A, how will the property be managedAnyone investing...

We talked about an aggressive paydown at a rate of $5k for the next 6 months to make the deal sweeter for the next person, but renting it would be preferable to that I believe since I can get a higher return on smaller development projects at a burn rate like that. 

From there determining what you have budgeted for your first project.

So they are good paying retail.. we had 5 to 7 offers on each project .

It won’t take as long as you think. if you can wholesale a few properties you can get enough to support you in a small project while learning the ins and outs.
