no hahahahahai've seen tons of my friend that has triple IQ more than me got fried and fired this year and they are the one that's making 300k above LOLit's scarier than 2001 dot com crash for some of us, especially when we're 55 and above, there're more layoffs for folks above 55 and had highest salary LOLif you see the kind of quality people that has been fired by google, microsoft, meta, cisco I am afraid now lol....these are the kind of founder level that's being laid off, behind the surface, most of the tech executies do not or can not see the future because order is depleted

., there is nothing wrong with beautifying war-zone areas but just know that you have to be aware of the element that you will be surrounded by, keep the candle burning bright because you may have to spend a couple nights in the property to keep it from being rampaged, i haven't step into this arena, i prefer to go where the houses are selling, in neighborhoods that i know i wouldn't be afraid to live, but to each his own, if you can get a line of credit opened and then from there look into getting a mentor or someone who has done this before if you want to build your portfolio, it wont be easy but nothing is life worth anything is, do you duty and due diliegence and you should be alright, let me know if i can help keep posting but most of all keep sharing

I'm in a final round with a company but steady income has not been secured yet so if I could at least cash flow that would really help me stay afloat for the time being.Obviously I could market the unit as-is and potentially rent to someone but won't likely be able to rent to a section 8 tenant which I was hoping for down the line.I was considering starting off with 3-month leases with auto renew and I have been VERY clear with him that if he is unwilling to pay on time that I still am treating this as a business and am not afraid to evict him.
