About MeMy academic and professional background is that of a Software Developer with a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science.

So before answering your question I will tell you.I come from a very academic background and worked for/with super world renown VIP institutions.

I am double majoring in Business Management and Real Estate. ( I know this is not necessarily needed for real estate professions, but due to academic scholarships and extenuating circumstances this is a free education.)

We are able to flip back and forth between extended stay rental during the academic year and vacation rental during the summer. 

I will also supplement course material with published academic research in academic journals.What I am looking for are books my students can read outside of the classroom.

However I am not a big believer in traditional academic education.

My day job as an academic scientific researcher is intellectually stimulating, but stressful, time consuming, not paid well, and has a limited timeframe, so my husband and I are interested in going in a different direction to build our financial freedom.
