Boom we lost .. 

The market is booming in both the business and real estate sectors.

It has been booming for the past couple of years with strong job growth and population increase.

Working in Austin’s booming entrepreneurial climate inspired me to shift focus as a small business manager and consultant — specializing in branding, growth hacking and social media marketing.

My thinking is Austin is only about an hour away and is booming I believe that will only spread South to more affordable real-estate.

If you're asking because it's going to be your first couple of problems, why not be the first couple of properties in the area where you live so I'm comfortable with and then boom then expand to another territory?

But, during the boom and bust of the great housing bubble, everyone was caught in the frenetic pace.
