What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My business is built around doing deals for out of state investors and my mind is BLOWN by how many flat out refuse to come visit, meet our staff or walk the property that they bought and we are rehabbing for them.

What do you guys think about this strategy of opening up a HELOC in hopes of freeing up some of my other capital.  

Can mainland banks be used?

A standard roof that use to cost $15,000 to replace, is now well over $30,000 to replace in many areas of the country. 

Otherwise, you will have to explain the large deposit and possibly the source of the funds to buy the crypto.You can expect to need about 20 percent of the overall costs of the purchase and rehab.

I would personally use some of that equity and get started with your first property.

This question seem pretty naïve for someone that's flipped about 30 houses.
