If you can continue at that rate you could buy a few properties over the next 5-years and before you reach your mid-twenties you can transition into real estate, or anything else, full-time if that is what you want to do.

Personally, I don't have a crystal ball, but I think the economy is going to roar here for the next 2 or 3 years.
