It's beautiful...a dozen fishing cabins in Northern Minnesota on an entire peninsula of a lake surrounded by state forest land.  

Was thinking the 12208 area by Washington Park Lake and the schools there.

If you are strategic and buy in a solid community (think Windsor Hills or Storey Lake) I wouldn't set my expectations too high.

Depending on your budget @Charles Manabat, we've got plenty on the market in Incline Village on the (Northen) Nevada side of the lake- Unfortunately we're struggling with astronomical fire insurance rate increases which is causing many to sell. 

Considering buying a property on the Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton.

I know Branson is known for golf and Table Rock Lake and people tend to snatch up those condos that come with the amenities but I feel like rentals would be limited to good weather only..there has to be a solid percentage of tourists that enjoy the shows and being in town as much as there are people that enjoy the lake and golfing.  

Although humbly speaking we are well suited for this since I grew up in the land business right over there in Clear Lake ( lake county) I also did the last phase of Lake Wildwood and the project just to the East of Beale Air force base on the Hamaton Smartville road.. etc etc.. most lenders simply dont have my back ground so we help the land flipper in due diligence as well as with funding.
