White lady & a black dude.

A lady is selling her father’s home for $35,000.

She was a very nice lady and I think against my better judgement I said he could continue living there if the madness stopped.I have a dozen properties and first time ever that I had any direct interaction with a tenant.

I had to do that last month with another property that they were managing poorly   :-(   Lisa, You seem like a nice, reasonable lady. 

:roll: My lady friend has two teenagers that I often have to "interact" with, believe me, they know everyting!

I spoke with a lady who has a service animal, a cat.

My agent was a super-nice lady, maybe 75 years old and no idea about investing.

The tenant is an older lady and i don’t want to be the bad guy but I also want to make the best financial decision I can.
