You can set it up so that you need to "accept" each fax as it comes in, or you can set the fax to auto-answer and it picks up after x-many rings.

I don't how good they are until I get there, but if my phone is ringing as a result of my advertising, it's a prospect in my eyes.Of course I qualify them over the phone first to see if its worth pursuing.

I will talk with a realtor about comps in the area.I guess I will have to give the bank a ring or just head over there.
