Needless to say I am thrilled with what I have found here, and I have only scratched the surface!  

Needless to say that lasted as long as day turns into night.The agent I had already been working with, albeit an agent that worked primarily with OO, at least knows the market and has always responded and opened doors to allow me to look at property.

Needless to say I will still claim costs to any damages on my vehicle even if it is worth virtually nothing.

As fare as where to look for houses, your out of luck, cause I don't need more competition, I need less.

Needless to say we've learned a ton and we're dedicated to constant learning. 

Needless to say, as soon as you sign this agreement, you are locked in and have to buy the property or forfeit your 5% deposit.

Needless to say, they are not willing to pay out anything else in the form of repairs, closing costs etc.

I highly suggest you look for new employment, start generating an income, then look for slightly newer mobile homes that need less work in family communities.

or they are just talking nonsense needlessly scaring you into getting in trouble.
