Hi All,

Just a quick review of my SCORE mentor. He basically gave me every reason why i shouldn't get involved with real estate and I left that meeting feeling very discouraged. He was not a investor and never has been. He was in upper management of tech company and he is now retired. He mentioned that he was about to invest but his return of 9% was not good enough for him so he backed out. Needless to say I'm looking for another mentor but in the mean time I'm so happy to have BP. I know I will soon find someone that is currently investing that is willing to help me.
