I am familiar with some of the differences, feel free to reach out to me to discuss (for example, in the US you own the land and minerals under the surface, and the air above the property you "buy" (this is called the Allodial System), which is different from most other countries except a few.

And even people selling a ton of land in those areas have a hard time unless they are also selling Oil, Gas, Mineral rights. . . those are usually sold already though.

You make your money when you buy, not when you sell.ControlOne of the biggest advantages to investing in real estate opposed to any other asset class is that you are in control of the land, the mineral rights beneath the land, and the air rights above the land (a form of God's money).
