Hello @Eli LochI was just at the Amelia Musical Playhouse last night.

Long story short my husband is a member of an online community but for music fans, and online argument turned into one of their members "doxxing" him - basically looking for his online information outside of the message board.  

I'm interested in furthering my knowledge on various topics and i would like to have a piece of paper to show off my license.However I'm not white and not black either however most see me as mexican/asian/or black.

Any local investors willing to spend time helping me learn the ropes would be repaid in gratitude, loyalty, and any services I can provide that would be of immediate use (private music lessons can be expensive!)

I'm from the countryside, but live in Music City now, and the real estate market has been fascinating to observe here in a growing city.

I would have never moved in if I knew the neighbors would play their music so loud or stay up late or whatever.  

Newbies that follow step by step dance moves don't understand, nor do many desire to understand the music, they just want to move and shake something and get paid.

:)Just purchased a nice little rental in West Palm Beach, Fl. that will bring in $1000-$1400 a month income.The entire bottom floor is covered in Mexican tile.It would be too costly to rip up the floors and put in wood or tile.Is there anyway to treat, clean, etc. to make this stuff look great?
