Recently over 165 lawsuits were filed in Chicago against small landlords who declined Section 8 tenants.

Just curious as I'm trying to find a system that targets small multifamily (5-20 units) and have not had much luck.  

I am small time but haven't ever  had a disaster experience with pets.

A few small touches, like high-quality linens and a welcome guide, can make a big difference. 

They all went out of business , the good ones don’t want to manage small properties .

One thing you may want to consider is the possibility of hacking into a small multi like a duplex.

If the loan amount you are looking for is small relative to the value of the first and the second property combined, they are very well secured on a LTV%; ask for a 1% point lower rate.If you don't want to Cross Collateralize, do you have any CD's or MM you can transfer to this bank as collateral.
