I worry about the probability of lease options there because of high tourism.

I live in an area that gets a lot of tourism & winter visitors plus we have a couple events a year that book the hotels & vacation rentals solid.

There will be huge influx of tourism for years to come that many people can capitalize on.

Tourism is a fantastic addition to a community with such a rich history.

My wife and I found our perfect country home on acreage outside of Silverton, Oregon (Silver Falls State Park and Oregon Gardens tourism - near Salem and south/southeast of Portland).

Waco has seen huge improvements here and with the increase in tax revenue from tourism (magnolia) the government has even more money to spend on that.7.

It is solely based on tourism, I agree the numbers only make sense if you get in early and can do the weekly rentals.  

Croix's economy (mainly tourism product) has not been as strong as the other two islands.
