Yes I am - I am based in Hong Kong but myself and my wife have 10 units across 2 properties and we're renovating (well pretty much building) another 16 unit.

Hi @Ryan Hong, what I would highly suggest understanding when investing in RE is any type of rental can be a good focus, but not every focus type will make money every time. 

@David GregoryWe are only working with overseas clients (predominantly investors from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Singapore) so I could you give a perspective on what type of experience these international buyers of US real estate have had/are looking for.Success factors:- The US is a large country and most international buyers only have been to a few cities such as NYC, SF, LA,... if at all.

When I visited Hong Kong a few years ago, a place of some of the highest real estate values in the World, I could see the size of their apartments and how the price keeps going up, and I can share that is happening in Chicago.

@Daniel Kong I second what John said. 

LA/ Orange County and NYC are cheap compared to properties in major cities in China like Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. 

@Daniel Kong Hawaii seems awesome but I don't think there are too many tech jobs at the big firms in that area.
