Their grammar is ok- not any big red flags but they have stated one or two things that didn't make sense to me so it  got me wondering.

Bummer about the typos and bad grammar though.

Hey guys I'm wanting to get stared in investing in real estate but learned that a single family is not the way to start making good cash flow, so I want to get ur guys opinion on how much should I start with to begin my portfolio, srry about my grammar high school drop out

Excuse the spelling and grammar errors throughout this post I am in a hurry and frankly I am not that smart, which is the amazing thing about real estate investing a guy like me can build a company like RE360   And i am so bad a spelling that spell check cannot even identify what I am attempting to spell and I write a really really long sentence like this one with no punctuation
