The house larger 3 br sometimes have guests, esp during the holidays & usually chilly here.  

Lots of people also seem to be turning to MTR vs STR.....I'd look at places near medical centers....Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson...and whatever other giant medical facilities are around that cater to people that aren't always local. 

I am looking to invest over seas in Dubai and set up a holiday homes rental, but am unfamiliar with the process.

This refinance was completed three months after purchasing the property.Second property took a little longer to renovate due to the holidays and contractor scheduling issues.

So if you start that process around the holidays you would probably be ready to move right on schedule for Jul.How long have you lived in your current rental?

It has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

The tenant rescheduled their payment, but as it is processing over a holiday, it’s not expected to be processed and re-deposited until the 8th.

You have to consider congested traffic, parking can expand into neighborhoods, church bells, weddings, funerals, Sunday mass or other religious Holidays.

The other 2/3s of the metro area are doing more than well in every aspect.Outlook: We are currently in the middle of a giant freeway expansion/modernization project costing $1.7 billion dollars.
