This year, I made an intentional effort to dedicate at least 5-10 hours a week to learning and have done that consistently, and probably put in way more hours than that.

Previously, I dedicated many years to selling custom and semi-custom residential properties for a highly respected and well-known builder in Atlanta.

Their onboarding is very good and they assign a dedicated person to work with you weekly on getting everything set up.

Commit to dedicating 12-24 months of your time to learn the ins and outs of the business.

I am debating whether to use a dedicated business account that is funded to ensure proper tax records vs using a personal credit card so I can accumulate points. 

It takes DEDICATION, which by all indications you have!  

Successful wholesalers by and large either work their own ethnic community and or are vertically integrated IE they have a dedicated buying agent and a dedicated dispo agent.
