My top places will have 2 refridgerators with ice makers, central air, 2 grills, 2 washers, 2 dryers and a streaming HDTV with cable in every bedroom. 

Less risk, probably more reward, allowing more informed decisions.In the mean time I've installed a nice fully equipped home gym in my home and have been working on improving my physical fitness, and have also been increasing my outdoor grilling skills (with the Covid thing, I've temporarily given up restaurants--I do miss Olive Garden though).So instead of slacking, I've simply focused a little more on lifestyle.Good Luck!

With that being said, for me the sweet spot is 3 - 4 bedrooms with a private pool and a grill.

Flat screen tv, grill, etc.Others swear by overpaying a broker with bonuses.I think that is old thinking. 15 years ago a buyer broker could steer a client to or away from a property.

I get calls every day from potential tenants who now want to grill me if I actually own the house.

I never grill people on the phone or in person for that matter.
