Echoing some of the comments from others on this thread and adding that the LLC is purely for asset protection and limiting your personal liability. 

In regards to my comment that this isn't a legitimate opportunity for investment, here's some context for that comment. 

As mentioned in a prior comment, a 401k plan does not require a financial institution custodian or trustee, unlike an IRA.The terms "plan administrator" and "plan provider" oftentimes mean different things to different people, particularly in the Solo 401k plan space.

Other comments on this thread are great, as someone who can speak from experience(even in this local) don't let a girlfriend dictate how you invest, ever.

I'm going to take your comments about the communication to heart. 

I'm not familiar with your area so can't comment on whether it would be ideal for MTR.
