I think the area that will benefit the most from the new-comers will be Lakeland and Arlington, which is about half way between downtown Memphis and the Ford plant.

I generally do two half day open houses to rent a house or apartment, but usually expanded for a few hours to accommodate late comers.

I like the benefits and the price it felt great for new comers, I was sold when learned tenants can also submit repair issues through the app.
