I heard Podio works good with Carrot sites so that may be a good start.

Any one who will dance because of the famous will carrot deserves what they get.I have been involved in 4 of these situations and in three of them the other parties caved in quickly when they finally realized what was likely to happen.

many reasons, but primarily late rent and non-payment of rent, smoking the unit, noise at 3am, blocking the driveway with vehicles.. i spoke with a lawyer today, the only way for a quick eviction it looks like will be for non-payment of rent, all other reasons take up to 6 months. they said the best route would probably be to threaten them with eviction over late payments and then offer them a month free rent to get them out by march (carrot and stick approach).
