If they want it, I can provide remote acces by iPhone, Android, laptop.

It has all of the sync features of SugarSync, but much tighter integration between desktop and Android. 

Hey guys,I currently have an Android and I'm looking for an app that has all the stuff you'd want to have to be able to evaluate a potential property.

(but that means more room to make mistakes)Seems TenantCloud has an android and iphone app now too.Love the idea online rent payment and having an automated method to keep track of whats due, what needs paid and easy record of when rent was received by tenants throughout the year. 

I'm hoping for a android biggerpockets app soon.

Hey @Javon Dixon , one that I've found that works great for me is - www.any.do It works on both IOS & Android.

But it also takes the logging feature one step further by taking a picture of whoever is at the door and sending it to your iOS or Android phone, whether you’re home or not.

All the cases have been on an Android, so I'm thinking maybe android changed something?
