The macroeconomics is booming because of big companies moving and developing here like Intel, Amazon, Google, etc. that's why there is a lot of population growth and job growth.

Intel is building $20 billion plant here, Google is building data centers, and Amazon and Meta are buying hundreds of acres of land. 

There are a lot of companies building here (Intel, FB, Amazon, etc. ), lots of job growth, and population growth.

We will move into the 2/2 and rent out the studio likely to a family friend.
