The tenants (middle aged african american couple with 1 son my age who stays at the house sometimes and 1 older son in the army who does not live nearby)  have been there for 11 months and claim they have no interest in moving and claimed to have no grievances with the current landlord.

I am a South African trying to break into the real estate market back home.

It makes sence for South Africans to invest in a stronger currency in a safe vehicle like property.

All the way through college.College: BS in Imaging and Photographic Technology.Co-Ops: Jembetat African art gallery, I shot 4x5 chrome for magazine ads, underpaid and under appreciated!

The reason why you don't see many South Africans in the U.S. is because it's crazy expensive for a South African not just to come to the U.S., but to stay, eat, go anywhere, do anything in the U.S..

The percentage of white Americans that have a credit score over 720 is double that of African Americans and 50% more than Latinos.https://finance.yahoo.com/news/credit-card-race-ag...So put bluntly a minimum credit score stipulation significantly increases the chance you will end up renting to a white applicant. 

Taking Cleveland for example the West side is primarily White, minus a few neighborhoods and on the east side (not including the suburbs) is primarily African-American.

My best friend from my days in New Zealand was South African so your accent makes me nostalgic.
