For the resumes' and cover letters' that I have sent out, I feel like I am putting a message in a bottle and sending it out to sea without any real possibility of a reply.

I wonder if this is common in Canada  Australia Great Britian ext.. were you have robust RE markets and investors..... or do they just think us USA citizens are the dumbest on the planet ?

Just an add on - I read through all 110+ applications and resumes I received.

You can also consider having an iron clad rental agreement and a robust commercial insurance policy to protect yourself. 

Not necessarily major plumbing or electrical, but they need to have a good rounded resume.

Send a resume of your team, inspections, and stabilization plan from your trades to your hard money/bridge lender E) They will send 3rd party inspections F) Get funded and close with a good title company.

Nobody submits a resume or essay with an offer.
