Not much of a Pod-caster but OMG, Joshua and Brandon keep it interesting.

My recommendation is listen to the pod casts on this site, definitely attend some networking events (which New York always has something going on), and read. 

@Ryan McGlassonAs someone who has been investing out of state for almost a decade now, I would recommend attending local REI meetings and listening to the pod casts on here.
