I do think the Bernanke asset bubble will persist for at least 2-3 more years, but eventually the piper will be paid.However, when rates rise, assuming it's measured and somewhat gradual, an increasing number of people will be unable to qualify for home loans, and will remain renters, or become renters.

The note buyer has assume the risk for A's loan on house #2.If B doesn't want to give up the equity (I wouldn't), then this situation will just need to persist until the point where A can refi house #2, and pay off B, which will in turn give B enough cash to pay off the wrap on house #1 which in turn will give A enough cash to pay off the original loan.

@Ben GrantFor a subject to deal your best bet is to go direct to the seller, which will require some direct marketing or lots of networking.Many people are doing direct mail in Goodlettsville and Hendersonville, you'll need to get persistent and creative with your efforts if that's the route you decide to take.
