The wife was fighting to get disability approved and needed more time before they moved out.

Also if you are just getting out and you have a VA disability claim in the works I suggest you use the VFW or DAV since a disability rating can get your funding fee waived and they'll count anything the VA is paying you as income when figuring loan amounts.
