Most of the flips in the area have a Solid stone countertops, so I guess the market demands it.

Painted 100% of the interior and exterior window trim, replaced the front door, added tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen, painted bathroom vanity and replaced all fixtures, put in new quartz countertops on original cabinets, all new light fixtures, door knobs and handles throughout.

You don't need to know if the kitchen counter tops are quartz vs. granite. 

You then go around the room and make sure counter tops, baseboards, shelving, walls have not been sprayed on.

What are your thoughts on butcher block counter tops?

The same for adding quartz countertops, putting in a pool, tiling your shower, etc.  

This is also a small kitchen, and we will be making our own concrete counter tops. 

You’ll also have the obvious charges for labor, pulling permits, and I don’t think any of the kits factor in flooring, cabinets, countertops, or any fixtures (faucets, lights, outlets, etc.). 

I figured I would go ahead and put new countertops and backsplashes in as well.
