A warranty deed is what is conveyed from one party to another and technically "warrants" that the new owner has a clean title, free and clear of any clouds.

@Bill Briggs – not surprised…..I’m sure Gary was probably piloting a plane to China and got some type of signal from the clouds that he really needed to put a review on BP (good timing) although he’s not a user of BP.
