And it would make a great jump off point for other cities in South East Asia (Bali, Bangkok, Penang, etc.)  

Hi everyone,I am from Southeast Wisconsin and am trying to get into rental properties. 

First, I am in Nebraska and I can't find a "first qualified" clause with quick google. 

Just ran some comps for one of our rentals with a pool in southeast cape and you can find some in the 350-395k range

The amount of people who are looking for apartments maybe halves in this area (southeast michigan) but there is certainly still demand.

I like suburbs right now and markets in the Mid-South and South East.

I currently live in Ohio, however I plan to relocate to Nebraska in the next year.
