Los Angeles can be a tough market to jump into, especially in this market, due to its elevated price points, rent control in many areas, and so much competition from cash buyers, especially Chinese investors--though that may be fading--and I just want to do my small part with the little I know to help others looking to make their real estate mark in the City of Angels.
