I love the little details that you guys are talking about because those are the things that obviously are often overlooked when planning a business like this, and can translate into a lot or a little of headache.

Much of this experience translates well into rehabbing.

I think in Brandons case, we have one individual in one part of the country who achieves this and quickly translated 2% as if this was a certain rule for others to adhere to.

When I found this out, I issued a "Notice to Vacate" form for breaching lease agreement, which does not allow any alteration without landlord written approval. 

My lease states that no alterations to property are to be made without written consent.
