Of course, the agent wants to get paid, so he's going to push for the deal that guarantees he gets his commission.As I said, I was an agent years ago, and one thing that always struck me when observing the actions of other agents was how much some of them would manipulate transactions and steer their clients to ensure that the agent got paid the most and/or the fastest, despite all the talk about fiduciary responsibility and treating the parties in a transaction ethically.

But having any statute of limitations at all, I believe, would dramatically deflate the education and student loan industries in a necessary way, and steer the country towards more STEM education and the types of degrees that the marketplace demands.I believe that creditors, in the private marketplace, would then eliminate the opportunity for students to take on crazy amounts of debt for uneconomical career choices.

Now in our state of Orygun it is not legal to steer business to one title company or the other but it is customary to do so.. its right on the MLS listing .. title preference with the name of the escrow officer and this is chosen by the Seller and in a Sellers market no one argues but its not mandatory to use them..
