Hello!  My name is Eric and I am new to BiggerPockets.  I am from the Fort Myers and Naples area of Florida and moved here about 6 months ago from Nashville, TN.  I currently own a rental in Nashville and am looking to expand into the local market here in Florida, especially in the area of multi-family properties.  I work full time in the accounting field, but my goal is to build a portfolio that will provide financial security and independence into the future.  I enjoy the real estate business and am seeking to network with others, especially those in the local markets I am a part of, and to gain from their knowledge and experience and share my own as well.
