.- Iron medallion on the front?

The rod iron door on the front of 3420 has been stolen and the window upstairs was broken.

This message may seem ironic, and I'll probably get blasted by you or others that think your experience gives you justification to put others down, but in the interest of policing ourselves, you were out of line, and your follow up was just as bad.Let the beatings begin!  

Without knowing if your water is good quality - acidic or neutral, high iron, etc - and the fact that it serves 20 units, I would probably start planning to replace it.

NEVER allow a rental without iron clad contracts.

My initial thought is to create an iron-clad operating agreement prohibiting me from doing any of the things that they fear without their consent.

Such fees will be a loss to the lender, they want every dollar on the table.And you don't have to co-broke, but it is an iron clad way of getting paid, you could use a letter of agreement or even a hand shake.Good luck....
