Making $500 bucks with no money spent is still an infinite return on investment.

I could buy them on Amazon or another website, but the last thing I need is something else to take up space on my book shelf.

If they don't want the loan on the shelf, then the lender's recourse is to get the loan back into compliance or call the loan due.

No guarantees, but homes in Ada County under $200k are flying off the shelf. 

Cash flow from the deal pays back your policy loan (same as saving up for another deal) and you end up with more cash in the end than you would have had otherwise, plus you never interrupted the compounded return of the cash value even though you were using it to make deals.That's the one paragraph version of the infinite banking concept. 

I'd like to potentially cash these out for a solid multi property generating top shelf cash flow at the cost of somewhat less appreciation potential.

Chances are good that your park will be fully functional until well past your shelf life, but you should talk with the Health Department and see which way the wind is blowing.  

There will always be another bus, but the opportunity to finish what you started is infinitely more valuable - not only to REI, but to your life in its entirety.
