Other areas outside of Columbus are starting to blow up like Delaware with their new Outlet malls and city expansion they are doing.  

The last main way money, or purchasing power, can outpace housing growth is through the expansion of credit.  

Our cities cant just build out more and more across a barren expanse.

@Shil Shirol It's nice that the Austin market is currently in an expansion mode, but it won't last forever and can retreat almost instantaneously.

Right now, I feel I am at a very low stage of expansion.

We decided to stay more to the east and focus along the I-75 corridor for a variety of reasons, one being the massive expansion at the Savannah port.  

Every area in Austin has great potential in my opinion but the closer you can get to the massive expansions or new employers the better.
