I think anyone should know there is no "Get Rich quick and EASY" scheme or dream here.I think that Bigger Pockets is best served if people are presented the facts and then make their own decision.

I would suggest that you are right in as much as you do have them, albeit a government backed scheme, rather than a bank product.

@Bill Gulley@Kevin Moen  as you describe the note business and if Kevin is indeed working with OO notes.. and its clear most likely if he chooses to bring new investors into his scheme.. would he then need to be NMLS licensed and report this activity on his quarterly mortgage call report ?

Which might be contained in Lonnie Deals as might be done by our OP.Finding a mortgage originator, who has a background in the secondary market and very little knowledge of underwriting risks, to stick their neck out to approve and process, say, a wrap deal for a borrower with a credit score of 550 might be hard to do, if not impossible.It's not about paying someone to do what you ask, as if ordering title work, it's about someone willing to do what you want in the deal and being liable for your scheme or strategy.

Not looking good for sure...Diane, I'm happy you got it rented and not saying that this could not be the start of something bigger, but in the grand scheme of things I'm not sure that dropping rent 3% because it took a whole 8 days to rent is really a signal of a real estate catastrophy.
