Do you just have a sign out or do you advertise on Craiglist, Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com, called local businesses to see if employees need a rental place or local hospitals for traveling nurses or doctors, etc?

The only thing perhaps slightly unethical is that I intend to be accompanied by a doctor who likes the idea.

He says that his son acquired his useful hearing aid (after another didn't work...and he claims the doctor says he hasn't the physical equipment to hear anything at all in the first place) by some magical manifestation of his son's DESIRE to do so, and not any mention at all that maybe others were familiar with his problem and a network of connections makes solutions much more available.He either makes up other stories or passes them along uncritically. 1937 was a different time so I'm not going to hit him with the racist card, but the "Chinaman" story?

What if your doctor also sold insurance, would only write a script at one drug store, or attempted to influence where you got groceries by telling you what to eat?

Not only that, but no other industry, other than doctors are responsible for other people's lives like we are.  

if we elect to shop on the market place for something competitive based on our actual need for doctor visits (besides delivery and baby checkups, we are both rather healthy adults) it seems so overwhelming trying to navigate all the options....deductibles, co-insurance, hmo, ppo, in network, hsa max out of pocket...im confused!!

This is why doctors appointments and air travel have odd times.

I'm not a doctor, but discussed with pest guy who said could be mosquitoes, spiders, possibly bed bugs, not sure. 

Doctors are not super-human.
