I have even seen a couple people use and TREC amendment to assign the contract.  

This year my accountant did an amendment for me.  

You really need to look at his purchase agreement as well to see what it states in the contract about financing (Did the wholesaler put he was using conventional financing or paying cash) as you will need to stick with his purchase agreement that he signed with the seller, or get an amendment before signing the assignment fee contract.  

He advises on creating a lease amendment to reflect the new termination date of 7/31.

I'm in the middle of a formal letter that I will send certified mail, but I also want to amend the original lease term from a fixed 12-months to a month-to-month lease and also tell them I will give them 60 days notice to vacate once the house is under contract and the bid is being reviewed by the bank.Does anybody have a form I can use or advice as make this a smooth process?

To amend my comment zoning or planning plans should be a lot quicker and cheaper but building permits should be a lot more that 2 months and $4500

Even if they arent', you would just amend your Operating Agreement.This all being said, remember that LLC's do incur various direct and indirect costs. 

Alternatively, your former PR (executor) may be able to append the prior Order by Petitioning the court for an Amended Order.Of course, I am not an attorney however probate ihas been my niche for three decades and it's all about finding practical solutions to others' problems.

Engineers and sometimes surveyors can do LOMA or letter of map amendments or flood studies to prove that your house is out of a flood zone or above a base flood.Ask the questions and do the research, find the knowledgeable insurance agent that has experience with flood insurance, or the realtor that has some experience in boundary law and values property they are helping you purchase.

Take it to your current relationship and see if they will adjust the rate (with an amendment).
