I am currently struggling with 6 figures of student loan debt and my lack of total independence and privacy from my parents.

Sure, credit cards do it with their privacy policies or interest policies, etc., but as a consumer, you're given a certain period of time to decide you don't like it and cancel the account.  

But for true market value, most buyers value privacy of an interior lot, not the size of a corner.Bigger and nicer lot: Homeowner.

This typically does not show up on Realtor.com because it is information that banks and homeowners sometimes want to keep private for a multitude of reasons (security, privacy of financial matters, etc.).

As an account fiduciary, there are significant privacy concerns that an IRA account custodian needs to adhere to.

How are you guys send direct mail marketing without having your privacy being invaded and still looks credible to sellers that you can make an offer coz right now Im just renting in an apartment.

I use 90 days because I value time and privacy as a valuable commodity today.  

Add 13 yrs of inflation at 3 % and whatever he spent fixing house up all those yrs in upgrades he isn't walking away anything.Last yrs market isn't today's market I'm sure if you have been looking for some time you know that already.I would suggest a fence that gives you real privacy to make use of the side yard.
